UGC & Creator Manager

We're looking for someone to own our entire creator pipeline. You'll find UGC creators, negotiate contracts, write briefs, and make sure they produce content that performs — both for our paid ads team and as organic, viral content. This is not a 9-to-5.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source, vet, and hire UGC creators across platforms. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and make sure creators deliver on time and on brief. Write creator briefs that drive high-performing content for both paid and organic channels.

Work closely with our paid ads team to keep a steady pipeline of fresh content flowing. Help creators succeed — the better they perform, the better we all do.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience working and negotiating with UGC creators
  • Creating creator briefs that convert
  • Sourcing and vetting new creators across platforms
  • Managing creator relationships, contracts, and deliverables
  • Understanding of paid ads content needs and formats
  • Ability to help creators succeed and produce at a high level
  • Experience in the mobile app space
  • Able to quickly scale content production when a performing format is found

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems
  • Understanding of ad creative performance metrics (hook rates, CTR, ROAS)
  • Experience scaling a creator pipeline for multiple products
  • An eye for what makes content go viral organically
